Tried-&-Tested Way to overcome 3 Biggest Mistakes around Manifesting:)

There is ONE important STEP around Manifesting that some people either don’t know about or can’t quite master:

  • staying vibrationally ACCEPTING of/Vibing with what you’d love and yet NEUTRAL about it consistently.

It’s not an unheard of Secret, but most people I’ve met (myself included for ages) don’t “get the hang of it”.

This happens because of the 3 Common Mistakes:

(a) mix up between GOAL and DESIRE. Desire creates both clarity and urgency. The trick is to keep clarity but ditch urgency.

(b) lack awareness, not enough time given to discover feelings/thoughts about the Goal. If you’ve got secret anxiety or manic desire about your Goal, that will sabotage it. So, Take Time to SIT with yourself focusing on what you want, then notice HOW you feel about it.

(c) fight and push against fears and expectations – WINNING by being pushy definitely doesn’t work… What you Resist – Persists.

So I decided to share my tried-n-tested way to get into the habit of Ditching Worries and Desire and keeping consistent Clarity and Neutral Happiness.

Here is how in 4 Super Simple Steps:

  1. Clarity: Focus onto what you’d like, Feel or See what it would be like. What you like about it, etc. Get into the feelings, visuals, sensations of it. Become clear in your mind what it is you wish to experience.

  2. Give Time to Watching (like a hawk): your emotions and thoughts about it – check if you feel RELAXED, CONTENT, NEUTRAL around what you’d like. If yes – that’s it, keep doing whatever you are doing. You are good with this.

  3. Make it your already-done-in-mind goal, drop the desire. Notice if you feel anxious, worried, unworthy or else Hyped-Up, Urgent, Life-or-Death, Can’t Live without feelings. These were useful in giving you clarity but now you need to Remove the manic-ness of it by any holistic, tried-tested means you know, e.g. sit with your emotions, Let go, offer them up to Higher Power, EFT, PSYCH-K, etc.

  4. Watch: yourself through the day: when I think of My Goal what happens? Calm images and feelings that make me happy, or am I racing in my mind or feeling sad and anxious? Any time this happens go to Step 3.

In order to believe in ourselves and our life journey, we need to feel supported by our energy system. This is hard when you feel de-energised, depleted, unfulfilled & generally “too small in your energy” to do your most daring Exciting Thing in Life.

🔥 𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘁.

I learned this the hard way: from as young as eight I was constantly tired… I’d get creative and excited one moment, but then wouldn’t have the stamina to complete anything long-term 😢. In fact, in my mid twenties I had a terrible fear that I would NEVER finish anything big!

I had a lot of shame about it and my self-esteem was low, which made me feel I was always worse than other people who seemed more successful than me!

As I was tired, 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 always 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲!

The real change happened when I invested a lot of money into my business & had to keep showing up AND grow on a consistent basis! I pushed hard and then crashed harder than ever before! I knew 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 approach had to go…

It felt 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 to do nothing & rest when I had so much to do! but… the results spoke for themselves: I was able to keep going consistently for a few months and for the first time ever I felt CERTAIN that I would finish every single goal on my list. The best part was that I lost that sense of panic and failure, replaced with peace and quiet confidence in myself.

😇 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟰 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘀𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱!

1. 𝙋𝙝𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩:

most of us believe it’s Not Okay to rest too much – or we’d be lazy, unproductive or lost… This is totally untrue! Think of somebody who is doing a 12-months cross-country trek, they wouldn’t make it to the finish line if they just kept on going with almost no rest. Well, in life, there is no finish line.. You are never done. So create a strategy to keep yourself charged up: massage, naps, baths, sauna, more sleep. Medical research shows that just by lying down you rest your nervous system and body differently than if you rest by sitting. We literally need to be horizontal to be powered up! If you have resistance around resting, you can use a mantra: “Rest is essential to my success!”

2. 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕:

we are overflooded with data. This constant “noise” actually takes a lot of your energy. As it’s relentless, your brain is too full to integrate, receive insight, intuition or feel peaceful. Often mental fatigue shows up as grumpiness because you want to protect yourself from the endless “info attack”. I make daily Clarity Time to feel the spaciousness within my mind, and to process information so I take no more in and just sort out, regroup, contemplate and integrate what I need. I either go for walks with no headphones, journal or just lie quietly with a mask on my eyes and ear plugs. If you don’t create a clear mental space, you will literally have no quiet space to think or grow, and somebody else’s opinions will be running your brain and energy.

𝟯. 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁:

Our nervous system cannot always be ON. Society glamorises those who push, strive, effort and grit teeth – however, people who do that long term tend to have more heart attacks (think Type A personality). It is unreasonable to live in an “emergency mode” or survival long term.. Your nervous system has to have the time to process emotions, feelings & release daily dramas & old traumas. Soothing your nervous system allows you to switch into a different parasympathetic “gear” where you start to restore and accumulate energy. I found the following working even for some “old school” hard-jawed CEOs: treat your nervous system like a loving child’s heart – it gets stressed when you are mean to it or blame yourself. Practice soothing self-talk in a gentle voice; reassure, support and encourage you with love; use self-compassion, soft music, feeling your feelings, crying, laughing – we are human BEINGS, not doings – yet we make almost no time for being.

4. 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩:

Meditation, energy healing, some forms of praying, body energy scanning, receiving healing through others and nature are all amazing ways to top up your higher frequencies of Love, Joy, Peace, Courage to be who you are. Some of the symptoms of spiritual depletion: feeling unmotivated, flat, disinterested, low emotions like anger and fear, feeling judgemental. Also: if you tend to be gun-ho in life, you are probably quite pushy in your spiritual journey also. You might overdo it and then go cold turkey on it. Notice if you are ever urgent, guilt-ridden or tick-it-off the list with it. This will reveal if you are being balanced in doing and resting, expanding and contracting, advancing and integrating. A consistent spiritual practice that is not too much and not too little for you, will provide you with a reset and will recharge all of you.

How I Moved from Owerwhelm to Clarity, Stability and Calm in 4 Steps

STOP in order to GO towards Happiness, Peace and Clarity

Overwhelm literally means ‘overpowerpowered’ or ‘defeated’: for years I experienced emotional overwhelm without stopping or acknowledging what I was feeling. Instead, I resisted feeling overpowered and thought I was being “strong”, “smart” and “undefeated”!

This masked internal instability made me doubt & blame myself, overthink, procrastinate, rely on others to feel good inside…
I would push it all down by focusing on the things I felt obliged to do, people to see, tasks to complete…. and I also went through Big Overwhelms where I found myself spiraling into multitude of emotions and thoughts, and temporarily unable to perform the simplest tasks, a few times I felt unable to drive, so I had to pull over and just cry feeling like I couldn’t handle life

Around the time of such Big Overwhelms is when I discovered the 5 Steps that changed this around for me, so I was able to return to feeling calm and clear and take positive actions. The First Four Steps have proven useful to me and my clients when either dealing with an acute overwhelm, and Step 5 is necessary to develop skills that help you feel emotionally masterful in life and reduce or remove overwhelm altogether:

1. STOP and Admit you feel overwhelmed.

Despite what the society often promotes, it is not “wrong” or “weak” for you to feel this way. All people, including the ones you greatly admire, at some point feel overwhelmed. Resisting the rush of emotions is what creates the discomfort in the first place.“I accept that I feel overwhelmed. This is normal and happens to everyone.”

2. This is Temporary:
Sometimes our nervous system “floods over” with more than habitual amounts of emotional information. All rivers overflood, but eventually settle into a steady flow by either becoming wider or returning back to their banks, so will your nervous system self-regulate and find its optimal flow again. Tell yourself “This is happening but will pass.”

3. Time-Out: self-soothe, consciously distract or share:
Before you can deal with whatever is overwhelming you, you first need to let your nervous system release the pressure and calm down. Take deep breaths, use soothing self-compassion, increase body comfort – warm shower, cup of tea, chocolate, cuddles, sunshine, swim, rest, distract yourself with a funny movie, talk to a friend. The key is to remember that you will need to address this properly once calmer, but not now. Tell yourself: “It will be alright. I am with you. Let’s chill and soothe. It will make sense later, not now.”

4. Lean into your Greater Self :
Your conscious self isn’t beating your heart or has all the answers. The Greater you is infinitely intelligent, powerful, loving and resourceful – open up to this part of you, so the smaller overwhelmed self can receive the support it needs. Take Deep Breaths: “My Greater Self is powerful and loving beyond what I know. I open to my Greater Self for help.”

5. Ask for Help + avoid future overwhelm:
Once you feel better, either use the skills you already have to fully process emotions, or else look for help from somebody, who specialises in helping people work through their feelings. In my work I use PSYCH-K, EFT, NLP, Kinesiology, Higher Guidance, Higher Psychology, sound and energy work to help people let go of stagnant emotions.

How to Stop Sabotaging Your Success, Start Believing in Yourself & Take Action. In 3 Steps.

Without self-trust, there is limited self-awareness, reduced sense of self and a lack of security in the world
It’s also near impossible to be fully connected, in charge of your life and successful.

I know this first-hand as for years I had experienced self-sabotage, procrastination and low self-belief when it came to taking steps towards being successful…

I tried many things to figure out how to change this… Overtime, I discovered and combined three steps that when used together, created the biggest shift in how comfortable I felt in myself, how easily I trusted my decisions and how happy I was. I also started to trust my intuitive guidance, my ability to take action magically improved and I became more magnetic to money and success!

Here are the 3 Steps I’ve used for myself and many clients to help cultivate a Strong Self-Belief:

(1) Positive encouragement:
This is a true game-changer: I find it works best if I either write it down each morning or else look into the mirror and tell myself that I believe in myself, root for myself and know I can do it!

(2) Stop punishing thoughts:
I do not permit any judgemental thoughts around making mistakes. Mistakes are not bad. We are here to learn from our mistakes. Berating yourself over mistakes is counter-productive, reduces morale, brings on negative emotions and deflates any desire to try again!

(3) Energetic alignment with my best self:
Notice your feelings and body sensations when you procrastinate, feel like you can’t do it, etc. Close your eyes and ask yourself “How would I like this to be instead?” – tune into the feelings, sensations, and everything else you perceive and then make a choice that you’d rather be this! Voila – there might be a small shift but it will grow the more you practice. This takes practice and it may help to do with a guide or in a group.

Ascension… I Have Resisted for as Long as I Could!

As I was describing and channelling material for one of my upcoming workshops, I wrote “this is in preparation for the Ascension Gateway in 2022’…

Ascension …Gateway?!?

I have resisted using the term “Ascension” for as long as I could…Honestly, I have!

It just seemed such a Grand Word to throw about!

My personality has had a thing about ‘being authentic, unique and doing it her way’ and she’s done her best to avoid ‘spiritual clichets’ :). However, after channelling information relating to the Light Codes for expansion, joy, self-realisation, empowerment, love – I felt a strong guidance to use a collective term for all of this… The closest word I could find was …ascension! :)
