We will move through 3 Key Requirements for a healthy, open, warm and well-adjusted human relationships with Life, Self and Other People: with a healthy nervous system, mental-emotional regulation and exchange with life.

– Nurturance;
– Connection;
– Warmth.
How they get disrupted and then recorded collectively, passed via ancestry and activated in your childhood.

PART I. Nurturance – Mother.
The Nurturance Wound: the Gateway into Life.
ACCESS Initiation: Water Element.

Wound symptoms in the feminine: anxiety, deep insecurity, indecision, stuck, moving in circles, distrust in self and life, clinging to others from the inner child, vagueness, feeling lost.
Wound symptoms in the masculine: overresponsibility for others’ emotions, hidden/open rage, vengeance, unconscious destructiveness to self and others, disconnect soul path and nature.

Restoration of Functional Nurturance through the Water element healing initiation.Main Lessons: Relationship with Life, Sacredness, Body, God, Possibilities, Change, Wealth.

 

PART II. Connection – Mother-Father.
The Wound of Isolation.
ACCESS Initiation: Earth Element.

Wound symptoms in the feminine: co-dependence, shame, co-narcissism, (stockholm syndrome), looking for mom or dad to protect and guide them.
Wound symptoms in the masculine: avoidance, dysregulation, numbness, coldness, heartless logic, lack of awareness and body awareness, (extreme: psychopathy).

Restoration of Connection: between Conscious Self and Body, with other people, life, Earth. Enjoying Time and Space. 

Main Lessons: Arrogance, Shame, Begging into Capability, Individuated Self, self-expression, self-care, ego-spirit unity, ‘Embodied Wholeness on Earth’.

 

Part III. Warmth – Father. (Important in the Mother too: we will base this part on the needs of the group.)
The Taker: The Wounded Imprint of Impotence.
ACCESS Initiation: Fire Element.

Symptoms in the feminine: inferioritylack of vitality, ‘wrong time/place’, self-abuse, masochism, low self-esteem, self-blame, lack consciousness, not enough, overwhelm, no boundaries, self-less, ‘good person’, connecting with others as ‘children’ or ‘projects’. Avoiding being seen: by playing ‘rescuer’ or martyr.

Symptoms in the masculine: superriority, competitiveness, forcefulness, outer abuse, dissatisfaction, greed, ruthlessness, restlessness, addiction, all or nothing, shame, anxiety, combustive moods, avoidance of depth and growth. Ego-driven.

Restoration of True Self and Unity with the Light and Divine Harmony in the body, mind and energetic structures of emotional self.

Main Lessons: fear to Love, ego-centered to True Self, Trust, Reunion with Your Gifts and Path.
