NURTURE ROOTS & VISION: Heal, Move and Create Retreat in Valencia Region, Spain. December 31st – January 2nd 2025-2026, 3 days.

Restore, heal, connect with nature and embody your Real Self to dream the New Year and align with powerful energies to bring it into reality.

Deep in the darkest month of winter – December – join us to soak up the daily Spanish sun, ground on the beach and breathe fresh mountain air. Nourish your body with delicious wholefoods and hot cocoa by the fireplace, purify your vision for New Year through journalling, deep healing journeys and nature ceremonies to purify your heart, clear old ouotdated energies and step into creation of the Reality you wish to birth and live in 2026.

Our small intimate group – just the 7 of us – we will spend three nourishing days together at the foot of magestic mountains and just 11 minutes from the beach in a beautiful and cosy villa srrounded by orange groves. Start your days with gentle yoga, enjoy deliscious oranic meals and fresh oranges off the trees right outside the door, relax with sound bathing and ignite more clarity through shamanic healing journey, journalling and conscious movement. We complete the days with 10 miuntes of gentle relaxation before bed. During the day temperatures can rise to 20-21 degrees Celsius, and at night we will usher in the New Year with a vision quest and gather outside around live fire under the stars.

We will do inner work indoors as well as the natural environments: the beach, mountain spring and wood to work with the ‘living energies’ of water, earth, air and fire to burn away the old and embody our new intentions through healing, deep elemental initiation work and visioning.

-~Deliscious wholefood meals 2 full days 31st Dec – 1st of January and 2 meals on 2nd January. Snacks, fresh fruit, filtered and spring water, a variety of teas, coffee included and most food is organic.
Dietary requirements accomodated: e.g. vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, raw, dairy-free, yeast-free, etc.
Most food is vegan, please ask for vegetarian options and menu planned.

Additional services, extra days, meals and activities:
– ‘Opening the Channels’ a unique Thai-style massage and accupressure technique: excellent for helping the body release stagnant/tired energy. 30 min — €35
– Private in-person sessions with Kamilla – only 2 available right after the retreat until evening 3rd January. More beyong 3rd of January if you choose to stay on locally beyond that date for a few more days.
– Extra nights available: €40 per night from 30th December and up until 4rd January (you might be alone in an en-suite room if there is enough space).

– If you choose to stay on, there are a few extra activties that are planned: a trip to the wilderness reserve 2nd January and waterfall (one of the biggest in Spain – about 40 minutes away by car) and you can pre-book a private in-person session with Kamilla (limited: 2 spots available post retreat only).
– Food if you stay on: full-day meals at €35 and/or you are welcome to join us for a meal at the local restaurants (either a very local high level authentic spanish restaurant, a fully organic vegan or a health spa restaurant).

– you can arrive in the morning, breakfast is included and lucnh will be provided from 1 pm;
– 6 pm short group ‘Entering the Retreat Space of Purification and Creativity Evolution’
– 6:30 pm deliscious dinner;
– 8 pm Sacred You – A Healing Embodiment of your Higher Self. A Vision Journey to discover your secret blocks and discover true reasons for sabotage, old habits, disempowerment, unworthiness, low energy and anything else that blockd you;
– 9:15 pm Journalling: Bringing out what no longer serves onto the pages and writing out what and who you dream to become plus your Joyful Vision for 2026.
– 11 pm outdoor fire and ceremony to burn away attachments to childhood/generational/societal/fear-based beliefs and old visions from the years gone. Guided Nature Elements and your True Nature Visioning Ceremony to usher in 2026.
– 00:00 – aligning with your heart’s dreams through stillness, movement, as an empowered adult in your own Self and together as a group;
– 00:30: New Year’s sacred dance, nibbles, sharing OR resting and alone/nature time – whatever feels best to you.

1st January:
– 8:30 – 9 am – yoga;
– 9 am-10 am late breakfast (you can request an earlier breakfast the night before);
– 11 am – Beach Sea ‘Water of Life Purification Ceremony and Healing the ‘Femenine’ (plus movement meditation/somatic release movements)
– 12:30-1:30 free time
– 1:30 pm Lunch
– 3 pm – Sacred Vortex Mountain Trip (10 minute drive): meditating and ‘aligning with your Sacred Nature’ Upgrade to grow in your power to co-create with Life (Universe) as your ‘spiritual Adult Self’ who feels one with life. Healing & Upgrading the ‘Masculine’.
– 6:30 pm – Dinner;
– 8:30 pm – Sound Bath Power Journey with LightCodes Healing to balance the Unity of Masculine-Feminine and your power as a Creator.
– 9:30 pm *Optional -15 minute relaxing stretching yoga for sleep.

2 January:
– 8 am yoga and Somatic Release;
– 9 am breakfast;
– 10:15 am movement meditation followed by ‘Bringing Spirit into Matter’ Healing initiation to bring your new upgrades consciously into your daily life beyond the retreat (indoors or on the beach);
– 12 pm group manifesting, sharing and circle completion;
– 1:30 pm – lunch and goodbyes.
– 3 pm – retreat officially closed.

Directions:

The nearest airports are Valencia or Alicante ( they are both about 1 hour and 10 minnutes drive in opposite directions down the coast).

The retreat is close to Pego, Valencia region, Spain – you can get a bus from Valencia to Denia (leave every 30-40 min and take 1 hour and 50 min). There are also alternate routes by train and one pick up will be arranged on the day from Gandia or Denia (please contact for times once you book the retreat) – this pick-up will cost just €13 per peron but requires at least 2 people arriving.

If you are travelling from Alicante, you can get a bus (leaves every hour or so and takes 1 hour 30 min), you can alternatively take a train to Benidorm and from there another train or bus to Denia.

The exact location of the retreat villa will be sent once you book in and there is also a Whatsapp group for combined taxi services, car rentals and pick up arrangment options.
